Work Site Location: Opelika, AL

Responsibilities: 

  • Purchasing supplies/ materials for site
  • Compiling weekly timesheets and submitting to office for processing
  • Daily & weekly safety meetings
  • Weekly safety inspections
  • Receiving of shipments to site location
  • Scheduling site visits
  • Drawing Management
  • Travel, weekend, and shift work is required
  • Other duties as assigned

Training and Skill Set:

  • High School Diploma or G.E.D required
  • Sawmill industry knowledge is a major asset
  • Good communication skills
  • Microsoft Word, Excel, & Outlook skills
  • Construction experience
  • Teamwork oriented
  • Ability to work in a fast paced high speed environment
  • Ability to exercise good judgment
  • Conflict resolution, negotiation, and objection handling skills
  • Self-motivation, taking initiative to make improvements
